Open Meeting for All Tenants: For Tenants, With Tenants
We’re pleased to invite you to an Open Meeting hosted by the National Independent Tenant Voice Cymru (NITVC) - a space created for tenants, with tenants.
Taking place on Monday 1st December from 10:00am–12:00pm, this open and welcoming session is an opportunity to learn more about NITVC, share your experiences, and help shape the future of independent tenant representation in Wales. The meeting will be followed by a seasonal buffet, giving everyone time to connect informally

What’s on the agenda?
The morning will feature a series of open discussions, including:
NITVC: The Story So Far- An open discussion led by Emma Nicholas, Coordinator, reflecting on the journey so far and where NITVC is heading.
Building New Affordable Homes-Led by Steve Cranston, exploring the Tai Ar Y Cyd 24 landlord net-zero housing project and the future of affordable housing.
What We Want Is – your ideas for NITVC and the future- A collaborative session led by Keith Edwards of the Foundational Economy Alliance Wales, focusing on tenant-led ideas and priorities.
This meeting is about listening, sharing, and ensuring tenant voices are at the heart of decision-making in housing across Wales.
